License Bath Water data - compatible with Wikidata?

Status: Looks like we need to contact every country to get an understanding if the country data comply with Wikidata License policy so we can upload it to Wikidata

• Sweden: I contacted Sweden and got a yes email - water data in VISS is since earlier marked CC-0 - see also issue SB-55

• the Netherland can be an candidate to have a CC0 license
• Finland and Poland is also candidates
• EEA recommend countries to use CC-0 license see "Free use of reported Water Framework Directive data"

Better support in the data for coordinates and what object the coordinate is a coordinate for

Today coordinate of a bath water is rather not defined what the coordinate stands for

1. is it a coordinate we on #Wikidata can use for a location of a bath water?
2. is it a coordinate for the point were the bath water is measured

I guess we need better to communicate the intention of a coordinate and also get more exact coordinates (see more than > 50 reported errors in the Swedish coordinates that are not good enough for Wikipedia)

I would like to see a model like Open Street Map see Tag:leisure:swimming_area and maybe Tag:man_made=monitoring_station

In Wikidata we support local > 200 languages to make the your data more usable please use multilingual text strings and support local language and at least english

In Wikidata we have a formatter URL set up for all instances of a property see Property:P1630

• the pattern I see with the bathingWaterIdentifier is that it is not the case

  • we need something like https://bathingwaters.eu/bWId/$1
    • e.g. https://bathingwaters.eu/bWId/es709m0322335
  • today it looks like we need the "whole path"

    • sometimes we can cheat it as https://bathingwaters.eu/_/_/_/es709m0322335

Question: what is supported? if not supported can you add it to your backlog?
