transfer redundant code from handlers to the database so that when the database is called, the required ready data is received

Rating of students

it should be a message with an inline keyboard.

Keyboard content:

I think it would be best to make a rating in different categories

Example:

• interaction rating
• attachment rating (the last person to join the bot)
• rating of the last who wrote to the bot
  etc

Add new innovation/feature to 2.1 update

In the 2.1 update, a lot was deleted, almost half of the functionality was unnecessary, according to the collected statistics, no one used alarm viewing, there was also no activity among teachers, so half of the functionality that belonged to teachers was deleted, and we need to come up with a new functionality for students, since I plan to issue updates but only deletions is bad update
