Clone the repository:
git clone https://github.com/your_username/port-scanner.git

Navigate to the project directory:
cd port-scanner

Run the script:
python port_scanner.py
- Enter the target hostname or IP address when prompted.
- Enter the range of ports to scan (e.g., 1-100) when prompted.
- The script will scan each port in the specified range and display whether it is open or closed.
Enter the target hostname or IP address: example.com
Enter the range of ports to scan (e.g., 1-100): 1-100
Scanning target: example.com
Port 22: Closed
Port 80: Open
Port 443: Open
Open ports:
80, 443
