first time textview height issue.

Hello,

When I add navigation controller then push to chat view controller then first time textview height issue. Please see below video.

Accessory view is getting max height only

If i add some actions in the cell like showing action sheet then after resigning of alert controller, ChatAccessoryView comes with max height only.

Send button action implementation

Great example but would have been more helpful if accessoryView's send button action was implemented. I've done all things accordingly and its working awesome but don't know how to append rows/messages in chat table on send button. I've tried to do this by creating ViewController object in ChatAccessory class but get runtime exception due to nil value in table outlet.
