JT1078 音视频库，非常适合部标平台的设备使用
JT1078 流媒体处理库用来处理JT1078 协议定义的视频流，能在各种嵌入式平台下运行。
能处理音视频实时流和MP4存储文件，对于信号差的情况下，具有缓冲和同步功能。另外该库还有断开重新连接的功能，非常适合移动设备使用
JT1078 是国家部标协议，拥有更大的使用群体。适合各种设备和平台下使用。虽然通用库已经实现了音视频交互功能，但该库使用的范围更加广泛， 具有更好的兼容性
虽然进过JT1078 视频平台处理后相对RTMP直接推流会处理更加复杂。但这种延迟是ms级别的
