Add support for TLS

As this is a reverse proxy, I'd expect that it provides option which enables TLS on the listening socket.

[Proposal] Start creating releases

I want to propose to start making releases of Aker.
This would enable server use cases:

• If I ship a plugin, I would be able to specify which versions of Aker are supported and/or preferred.
• I'm not forced to have Go installed on the machine were I run Aker, I could download it from the releases page. Users not familiar with Go also will have easier way to try Aker out.
• I do not need to check if my plugins work with every commit in master, I just have to check with the latest release.

Feature: Use plugin package

Go 1.8.x will introduce a new plugin package. We should consider switching our bootstrap logic to it.
We might also consider switching from the http-over-socket communication model to a pure plugin model, if the API allows for it.

do we have any example about how to use aker with kibana and es?
