Is there a search function, to jump to a specified product icon?

Is there a search function-- where i can enter a product name and it jumps to that product icon? So I can then drag it to the top panel?

Let users add custom sites

After Google removed Google Photos from Google Plus because of the latter being dropped., I wanted to change the Google Photos entry from https://plus.google.com/photo to https://photo.google.com. But those URLs seemed to be hard coded in the program. So I tried to drop a page from the URL bar onto the Google Shortcuts icon thinking I could add the correct URL. But it doesn't allow dropped URLs.
