My flashplayer does not seem to be working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Going to games and says I need Flash Player 10.0
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Games should come out but am receiving message to update player. I check that 
and Chrome says it is already there. 
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Google Chrome/ Windows 7 Ultimate


Please provide any additional information below.
I have noticed since the last update that I am not able to play certain games 
mainly on Face book. It was fine up until 2 or three days ago. I have checked 
everything I know to so any help here would be great. 

I am not sure if I understand your setting but I would like an e-mail notifying
