issue in displaying view

hello sir!
my name is abhishek panchmiya from rajkot, i took reference from your code chatbot botman but unfortunately an error occured in
giving proper path in laravel web.php(routes), still i solved it, but again after solving it i was not able to view welcome page as it is showing full blank. I think the page cannot access it from controller.
can u please look into it,
