Tweak licensing

1. Your library is licensed under LGPLv3, making it incompatible with (L)GPLv2 projects. Given that David Koelle's original code is licensed under LGPLv2.1, I suggest you relicense your work under LGPLv2.1 to avoid these issues. See http://nmav.gnutls.org/2013/03/the-perils-of-lgplv3.html for more information.
2. FSF's instructions for GPL (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html) say that you should include a copyright notice, which you haven't done. (The only copyright in AlphanumericComparator.java is for the LGPL license text itself, not your code.)
3. Your tests are licensed under the Apache License v2. Given that the tests import the library (i.e. link), then the "viral" properties of GPL probably make that a no-no (but IANAL). I suggest you keep everything under the same license to avoid these issues.
4. Your library includes the text of LGPL, but not that of GPL. To quote FSF's instructions: "Please note that, since the LGPL is a set of additional permissions on top of the GPL, it's important to include both licenses so users have all the materials they need to understand their rights."

I can provide a patch to fix the above issues if you agree on all points.
