Need help

I have made a function for camera in python that evaluates js for camera, it works in colab but now I want to use it in my django locally what should I do because I have used the same for whole project.

There is a problem when installing the requirements with the scikit_learn library, I suggest adding the requirements.txt file with the corresponding libraries and versions

This was what I needed to make the project work on my computer:
