Hey! Let's talk about OTG!

Sorry for the misplacement but unfortunately forks don't seem to accept issues.

Depending on who you ask I am either a former member of Team OTG or the sole member of Team OTG. I left when they fussed at me for fussing at them for their inactivity and allowing the project to become outdated (if you look at the commit history, you will find several months of almost exclusive commits from myself, only broken up by a few commits from Authvin here and there and a couple commits to legal stuff from Wahrheit immediately after I left).

I've been maintaining a 1.19 fork of the project (it is working and free from the crash bugs of 1.18.2.) It's a fairly widely-used fork as well, it's definitely not something to be scoffed at.

I have support from pretty much the entire community except the team themselves, the problem being is right now I can only manage to do a barebones 1.19 fork that's well-maintained on my own with my quite busy schedule. I would like to expand the 1.16 version further if I could get a second person of the team and make it more official, in addition to making 1.19 feature-complete.

I don't think I need more than one more person, and you're the only person who's done anything with otg code in the past several months other than Authvin, so if you can help your help would be incredibly appreciated by not just me but the entire community.
