Cleanup non issue

When my account was compromised a spam issue was created in this repo. I sincerely apologize. Cleaning up such issues via script.

[improve] command prompt

The "shell prompt" mode can only run commands in the following syntax:

$cmd $selection

where:

• $cmd is the command chosen from the list, or typed out
• $selection is the file(s) chosen in file manager mode

Need to work out how to insert $selection into any place in a command string, so users can write stuff like the following and hit ENTER:

mv {} some/new/path/{}
cp {} some/new/path/

where:

• {} is each file listed in $selection

[add] move/copy/rename files

I haven't added any key bindings or commands for file moving, renaming or copying yet.

The "shell prompt" mode needs improving before it can be used for these commands.

[improve] file previews

File previews are unfinished.

Only a tiny list of file types are checked for previewing, and many of the preview commands used need fixing.

Image previews rely on a w3mimg.sh script, which is a terrible wrapper to w3mimgdisplay I made.

[fix] fallback to GNU tools if needed

Make the exa, fd and bat dependencies optional:

• use ls if exa is not installed
• use find if fd is not installed
• use cat if bat is not installed

[fix] spaces in dir/file names break navigation

Should look into using the -print0|-0 options in fzf, fd, find, exa, ls, etc.

Should also look into setting IFS better.
