google takeout import and only using the profile url show different #s

If I load data by simply using my profile id, the number of public posts does not match the number of public posts when importing a google takeout json dump.

Fix location detection

geocode isn't provided in all activities. location.position seems to be the better detection mechanism at the moment

google takeout import shows all private shares as communities

When I load an entire dump of my G+ json data, everything shows as either public or communities with zero in the extended circles, circles, and limited tables.

More community support in reports

Break down statistics per community/category, similar to the overview (and maybe charts), to see which communities a user is most active in, and how the response is in different communites.

Allow filtering posts per community, also add name of community/category to the posts and raw tables.

Poster ID cut off in raw data

Probably an unintentional string to int conversion happening.
