Theme the system for Lancaster University use 🌹

Change the theme used throughout to one more suitable for Lancaster University. In this process, the homepage and about information should be updated in order to reflect that is the instances hosted for SCC365.

Support exports in `mn` python file format 🐍

Currently the systems can export a Python file the uses the Mininet Python API to create a topology. There should be an option to export topologies that can be used easily by the mn CLI tool.

Move to GitHub Actions 🚀

Move from CircleCI to GitHub Actions for deploying to GitHub Pages to better align with other repositories in the module org.

More relevant example topologies

Make the example repositories in this fork more relevant to the SCC365 coursework. This can include the topologies for the introduction Ryu tutorial.
