WordScan

Word Scan is an educational application tailored to young children who wish to learn more about the words around them. Word Scan uses Vuforia text recognition to identify words in real time. After identification, it displays intuitive and simple information such as definition, part of speech, correct phonetic pronunciation, and related images. Word queries are logged and saved to a database where educators and parents can view popular word searches and create detailed lesson plans around the results.
