Add configurable colors for compass

Add some colour to the N W S E letters to jazz it up a little, maybe a orange or blue would looks neat, I'm game for whatever :)

Feature Request: Physical Compass Item Requirement

Would it be possible to include a configurable option for making the compass item required to be in the inventory of the player in order for the hud to show up? Thanks for all the hard work and great open source material, my apologies if this is the wrong spot I'm kinda new to Github.

Prevent toggle key from working when typing in chat

Just a small little issue some of the players have mentioned, when typing for example ‘Hello’ it will toggle the cycle of the compass and they will then have to press it again to get back to the one they want.

Not sure if this is possible but would be a nice little touch :)
