ipv6 is in range of a lot of mobile carriers

This causes the ip address 2a02:1811:b62c:b700:2cd8:e6cb:6e7:4a05 to be reported as cellular.

This ip is of Telenet, a broadband connection.

Safari Version 9.1 (11601.5.17.1)

For some reason when in Chrome (and it thus uses) window.performance, it also indicates cellular. This is the result of window.performance is:
