samplerate and pictures tag missing

Hi,
I added the sample rate.
In my application, I'm not using pictures, so I don't want to spend time on that feature. I'm not a C++ developer so this is a big effort for me - I couldn't figure out how to properly use buffers in an async worker.
Note that this feature also needs a workarounds for non-MP3 files (https://github.com/voltraco/node-taglib2/blob/master/src/taglib2.cc#L372).

I implemented it. Turned out it needed a little more work than just copying code and adjust variable names. I used code from voltraco version and made adjustments where needed.
