Description

Please describe the issue and what steps we can take to reproduce it:

1. Have a call to/from any number starting with +49 2174 (or, being in Germany, 02174)
2. Look at the "Recents" call list
3. Notice that below the number it states "Hümmel, Rhineland-Palatinate" instead of "Burscheid, North Rhine-Westphalia"

iOS 15.4.1, but it's been an issue for a long time, for example here is a public report: https://communities.apple.com/de/thread/250539616
I would strongly assume that the backend database mapping of the dialling code +49 2174 is incorrect.
