Scikit-TDA is a home for Topological Data Analysis Python libraries intended for non-topologists.

This project aims to provide a curated library of TDA Python tools that are widely usable and easily approachable. It is structured so that each package can stand alone or be used as part of the scikit-tda bundle.

To install all these libraries

    pip install scikit-tda

Other vectorizations?

Thanks for the great package. I was wondering if there are plans to add support for additional vectorization schemes in persistent homology? In particular, I was wondering about persistence landscapes.

Just pointing that pip si not finding pervect. it seems that it is not in the PIPY repository

Query about input dimensions

Is it required that each persistance diagram have the same number of points / the same length?
