The ring light is always on while turn on the scooter is there any option to off that light

Hola. Tengo Un Error Con Números Rojos Que indican 03 Cuando inició mi patinete eléctrico con el Acelerador presionado. Yo le había puesto El Firmware De el Modelo pero Ahora No me deja acelerarlo Así que supongo es un "Brick" me he dado cuenta que si Corro con el Y Me subo Arranca. Pero cuando lo dejo quieto Mientras Lo uso O lo intento arrancar sin correr Antes No Funciona El Acelerador.

escooter no longer connects

hey,
i've been having this problem for 2 weeks now that my app doesn't want to connect to my scooter anymore, does anyone have a solution idea? Even when I reconnect it doesn't find the device anymore.

If I want to go back to the original firmware

If I want to go back to the original firmware is it easy to go back?

1- I just need to download the original app and update the firmware?
2- if the answer of the first question is yes is there any possibility that after I installed you firmware the original app can't bind with the scooter? if yes is there a way to reset it to the factory?

Serial Number issue

After uploading the firmware from your repository the scooter can no longer connect to the iPhone app as it is assigned a different serial number from the one stated on its plate.

Please let me know how to revert to the original serial number.
