This repository contains all the R code and Rmarkdown files required to generate the following online analysis: https://my-project-title.herokuapp.com

Access to the website is restricted to the team my-project-team. You can drop me an email, together with your GitHub username, if you wish to be granted access.

Note that although only team members have access to the website, all members of the epicentre-msf organization do have read access to the code repository.

For the sake of confidentiality, no raw data nor any sensitive documentation should be stored in this repository.

If you have access to the raw data

The Rmarkdown files can be compiled into a website using the function compile_website() in R/dev.r.
