`--filter` with YADB-like syntax

Having a --filter option to filter by ctime, mtime, size, etc. would be really handy... probably

How exactly to handle date formats is up for debate. UNIX timestamps are obvious but unreadable, ISO-8601 is readable but impossible to parse here. I may expose some datetime functions and use those

datetime.time doesn't seem to define comparing with ints/floats so I'll have to put that in
