Can't pause action queue while delay action is running

The Pause() method is not really callable from outside an action, as it's used as an internal flag to indicate an asynchronous is currently busy and not finished. A user might think they could trigger Pause() from an input event, for example, but it would have no effect if, say, Delay() were currently running. Ideally Pause() will be available as an external method to freeze the action in place.

This could be supported by allowing actions to define their own custom OnPause function, and using a separate internal function for indicating the queue is still busy.
