Hi Scrum Facilitators!

The cheat sheet you find here is intended to help teams and individuals explore and discuss core strengths. For now only in dutch as the english version is already available through Ben Linders (the original creator of this content). The sheet can be used with his Exploring strengths with Core Qualities Retrospective plan, or as you like. Please let us know potential other uses, we'd be glad to list alternative Retrospective or valuable usage ideas!

Releases

Use the Release to get the most stable and updated version of the core strengths cheat sheet. We’ll promise to keep it updated ;-)

wederkerig wordt makkelijk gezien als negatief en geen kwaliteit

In de retrospective waar ik deze kernkwaliteitenlijst gebruikte, was men het er unaniem over eens dat wederkerig klonk als 'iets terug verwachten' wanneer je iemand helpt.

Het idee achter het engelse reciprocally is volgens mij andersom, dat je niet alleen hulp vraagt/krijgt maar het ook aanbiedt, dus wederkerig als in 'elkaar wederzijds willen helpen' (niet-voorwaardelijk).

Wellicht dat de kwaliteit 'samenwerker' hier beter bij past, maar ik houd me aanbevolen voor andere suggesties
