Also detect errors in other parts of the tests

We are only checking for error when the test itself executes, but we should also catch errors while preparing the environment for the test.

Colored results

Ability to run multiple test suites em parallel

Running multiple test suites allows us to stress the stack in different ways, hopefully revealing more bugs.
What is mainly needed is another prefix to the netns and log files.

Add testcase for stressing rhlist collisions

This rhlist bug https://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg220650.html can impact SCTP in a quite odd way and hard to troubleshoot.

We need a test case stressing this situation.

Ability to run tests in parallel

Currently the suite runs test by test till the end, but we can save time by running some tests in parallel.
Pretty much what make -j would do. If doing some quick sanity checks, it would be fine even to overload the host with the tests. Seems only the repeatability ones would get affected.
This should be feasible by adding a prefix to the netns names and buffering the logs for each job, and then generating a final one. (or something like that)
