This is Miss Identify.

This archive includes usage instructions, news about changes in the program,
and this readme file. You should also find a small Win32 executable,
sample.jpg. The source code for this app is in sample.c if you're curious.
Running missidentify on sample.jpg should show you how the program can
work. 

C:\> ssdeep *
c:\missidentify-1.0\sample.jpg

C:\> ssdeep -a * 
C:\missidentify-1.0\sample.jpg
C:\missidentify-1.0\ssdeep.exe

and so on.
