Add per-guild settings and limits.
For larger-scale use, having per-guild storage limits and settings would be good.
Add a dump command
This command would provide the ability to dump the guild's data from the bot, which would be provided in the form of one or more files.
Add option to use a storage channel.
An option may be added to designate a channel where the bot will repost full copies, not links, of the attachments or embeds for an added meme, and link to those instead of the original. This way the original meme can be deleted while access to the meme through the bot is retained.
Add a list command
