Generic build failure at openshift

Hello, I am having troubles at build the multiplex server, I have follow the instructions in the repo

at startup (internal/bootstrap/node.js:265:9)
at bootstrapNodeJSCore (internal/bootstrap/node.js:622:3)
subprocess exited with status 1
subprocess exited with status 1
error: build error: error building at STEP "RUN /usr/libexec/s2i/assemble": exit status 1

migrate to own Node.js server

OpenShift v3 Starter (free) plan resource hibernation (sleep 18/72hrs) is a bit limiting, don't want to run the risk of forced hibernation when I need it. Sleeps after 30min, and spin up seems to be slower than in v2.

Example presentation

Make a sample presentation, hosted on Github Pages, using the multiplex server (hosted on my OpenShift account).

• Travis setup with Node
• npm dependency reveal.js
• barebones reveal presentation
• grunt copy to output
• Travis deploy to gh-pages branch with deploy key

SameSite cookie

Travis build using decktape to print:

A cookie associated with a cross-site resource at http://mp.seanho.com/ was set without the `SameSite` attribute.
A future release of Chrome will only deliver cookies with cross-site requests if they are set with `SameSite=None` and `Secure`.
