First query always returns with same seed

Going to https://banderas.now.sh returns the same seed with the combination of:

• differents browsers
• removing all query parameters
• differents machines
• removing service worker

Seed value take place at the initialization of the application and the first time its calculated in server side rendering.

It is expected that this code get executed for every new request creating a new seed for every new session, but its seems that it is not the case.

The seed generation seems to work ok:

But same request returns same seed, even local

Location: /?&lang=es&size=20&seed=u2K0oPq&region=&country=GLP
...

Countries with parentheses cant be completed

Some countries dont have spanish translation
