shutter_speed_tester's Issues

No resistance to bouncing

The current algorithm is not resistant to bouncing.
The consequence is the result is not accurate (time very short) when ther is bouncing.
The expected behaviour would be that the first "open" event should be taken into account, and also the first "close" even.

Resistor footprint size

The resistor footprint chosen for the main board is too small, compared to the size of standard the 1/4 W resistors

Poles on the silk screen

The + and - poles of the 2 poles connectors are inverted on the silkscreen of the PCB.
Gnd is marked "+", and +VCC is marked "-"

Use Raspberry Pico instead of Arduino

While Arduino nano is a not bad component choice, using a Raspberry Pico may be an even better one :

• Cheaper
• Made in Europe
• Faster
• Use micro usb instead of the old mini usb

It would be interresting to studdy such an alternative

Transistor legs spacing

The space on the pcb between the legs of the transistor is too small. It is hard to solder them without making a contact between the legs
