Project selector

Right now Msiler will always process first active project in solution. And sometimes it is not very convenient.
Solution: add project selector with "Auto: active project" option selected by default

Just created a brand new ClassLibrary project, the put this in the default Class1:

Is it possible to generate ILGenerator.Emit calls?

This extension is great.
I am working with DynamicType and DynamicMethods. Could you please add an Emit view which shows corresponding ILGenerator.Emit calls for the selected method?

Regenerate listing on file change option

At this time listing will be regenerated on IVsUpdateSolutionEvents.UpdateSolution_Done callback. It's works with MSBuild, but not works with 'Rehsraper Build'. Should be available alternative method for output executable changes detection, for example LastWriteTime
