      g++ -c question3.cpp  -std=c++11         // generate target object file
      g++ question3.o -o output3.out  -std=c++11  // link to target binary
      
      ./output3.out


Part2:  Dispatcher implementation


      g++ -c dispatcher_challenge.cpp  -std=c++11         // generate target object file
      g++ dispatcher_challenge.o -o dispatcher_challenge.out  -std=c++11  // link to target binary
