fatal error: nauty.h: No such file or directory

Hi,
I read precedures.txt and follow the instructions, but I got the " fatal error: nauty.h: No such file or directory" error. Could you tell me what does "You have to copy the execution file to your favorite place." exactly mean? Thank you.

cannot find train.txt

I'm running "run_train" file under patchy-san/patchy-san folder, and one error I encountered is that I can't find train.txt. The Dataset I used is UCI1, which I downloaded from website you provide, but I can't find both train.txt and test.txt anywhere.
Could you please tell me where to find it, or its format that I can learn to generate by myself

When I‘m reading the paper, the algorithm 4 confused me,what does the variable V mean? where is the desciption about the variable?or,it should be
U(maybe some mistake in paper)?

another,in algorithm 3,the number of neighborhood should be k or less than k.So,Why there is a if condition U>k and computing ranking r for twice？

Cannot find a python module named "libnauty_graph"

Hi, thanks for your sharing for python implementation of PATCHY-SAN method! I just have a question about it, you have used a python module named "libnauty_graph", but I can find it anywhere. I cannot install it by "pip install ..." or "brew install ..." or download it on website, and I cannot find it in your git either. So could you please tell me how can I get "libnauty_graph"? Thanks for your kindness!

/usr/local/nauty26r7-fPIC/lib/nauty.a: No such file or directory

I meet this error when i command "make"
I only have nauty26r7 in /usr/local/
if i delete "-fPIC" in the Makefile, will it have any effect?
