Replace all dict[] access with dict.get()

To avoid unexpected key not exist exception, and specify default value if possible.

Migration to Python3 and Django

UCFrame was initially built on Python 2.7 and TurboGears2 as POC for research experiment. In order to lower the maintenance effort and provide usable outcome, it will be migrated to Python 3 and Django. During the migration, structural design and usage scenarios might be altered. No new features will be added. Looking forward for a better, production-level UCFrame.

UCFrame and behave BDD ?

The use cases and BDD are actually consequent techniques for requirement analysis. There is behave, a well-known BDD tool in Python style. Is it possible UCFrame can transform use cases into feature files of behave, or providing BDD features just like behave does ?
