Host-app is a simple server less single page application dashboard of global weather. The detail of current weather, forecast and historical information will be shown by geo location coordinates and by city name.

HostApp

This project was generated with Angular CLI version 9.0.3. Solution is ready with aws Elasticbeanstalk deployment settings.

Local Api

Clone and setup local for Api https://github.com/sendilkumarmv/weather-app. Asp.NET Core 3.1 Web API application provides all api endpoint. Solution is ready with aws Elasticbeanstalk deployment settings.

Development server

Run ng serve for a dev server. Navigate to http://localhost:4200/. The app will automatically reload if you change any of the source files. Update Local Api app whitelistings in case this runs in different port.

Code scaffolding

Run ng generate component component-name to generate a new component. You can also use ng generate directive|pipe|service|class|guard|interface|enum|module.

Build

Run ng build to build the project. The build artifacts will be stored in the dist/ directory. Use the --prod flag for a production build.

Run in node server

Create node server application with server.js and copy dist directory. Run the server app node server.js. Change port appropriatly or it will run in default 5000. Update the whitelisting of Local Api app.
