Params are optionals, only auth_token is required.

  * auth_token : Flowdock token API
  * tag : Fowdock tags separate by " "
  * push_type : Push into inbox or chat (default chat)
  * mail_from : email from for inbox
  * name_from : Name of flowdock/email user
  * subscriptions : Allow to add more tags according to subscriber

Update sensu-plugin conservative dep 2.7 to pick up new Sensu 2 event data mapping

sensu-plugin 2.7 has new logic to aid mutators and handlers map sensu 2 event data into sensu 1.x event data. When updating need to use conservative dep so that 2.7.x patch releases will satisfy runtime dependency.

`flowdock` gem as dependency

Any reason why flowdock gem is not listed as a dependency in gemspec? Would be nice to add it so it get installed when installed through "gem install".

enhance to use new REST apis/token options

Currently this is using the deprecated Push API and not entirely functional for my purposes. I'll update/refactor/rework to move to REST api using flowdock gem.

The plugin have changed quite a lot and have features what I would like to use. I would like to install it with pure "gem install" so possible to create new release of this?
