Code 'match_detail = record[4]' has an indexError 'list index out of range'

Hi, I am trying to use your software but there is an error on Step: Feature extraction:

IndexError: list index out of range

And I check the pile up file and I find out that it is because there is an NULL value in the line like this:

k99_62675       17      A       1       ,       G
k99_62675       18      T       0               
k99_62675       19      G       1       ,       G

I have followed all the steps you mentioned in the tutorial, could you please tell me how to solve this problem?
