run bootstrap.sh in msys2 will need to cl

bootstrap.sh will update pacman, and it seems that this update need terminate MSYS2,
I got some information as below:

Warning：terminate MSYS2 without returning to shell and check for updates again
Warning：for example close your terminal window instead of calling exit

msys2 update pacman or install sth will break the install process

I found that：

#!/bin/bash -i

at the beginning of the script would have same strange behavior, so change it to:

#!/usr/bin/env bash

will make it work better.

I tried #!/bin/bash -i because I want to make source .bashrc work instantly, but it's hard without hacking. see https://askubuntu.com/questions/64387/cannot-successfully-source-bashrc-from-a-shell-script

haskell stack failed in Centos 7

I got this information when using stack intall

Populated index cache.
./install.sh: line 58: 23064 Killed                  stack install hindent

I thought It may be caused by memory limit, because my server is 1 core 1G.
But I failed again in a 4 core 4 G server. so It may caused by system, I think.

`which` is not a good way for testing if command exist

it will work bad if which is not install in system.

use command -v <command> instead
it is POSIX compatible.
