The <img /> tag is not considered when checking line breaks

Issue

When processing a line break, it judges the front and back elements based on the <br> tag. If there is only the <img /> tag, it determines that there is no next element. So, if there is only the <img /> tag after the last <br> tag, line break does not work normally.

element.focus() moves scroll position in IE

If a block element is not included in the whitelist, do not render the element.

If you want to add special block elements such as details and summary, this is not possible at this time. The option to add allowed block elements is required.
