[charts] heatmap by heros

To create heatmap by d3.js

Create a chart which shows the winning rate of the all heros. Could be achieved by using d3.js

1. step one: data creation

1. step two: computing
   get the winning rate distribution of the all heros, convert to something like this

3. step three: building charts
use the color to represent the different winning rate.
eg: red: high, blue: low
