Update to bolt v2

Are there any plans to update this repo to reflect the changes introduced in bolt v2?

Or will we just refer to slackapi/bolt-js#220 once that is in place?

Lambda issues

I was just wondering if you have had any success running the serverless-bolt-template. When I run it locally it works fine but once its deployed to Lambda I am experiencing some strange issue. When I execute a slash command sometimes the response does not come back to slack. However if I execute it again often two responses are received...
