Migrate from OptionParser to thor

Problems with installation (aws-sdk dependency). Namespace changed in aws-sdk v2

I had an issue running your script.
The regular aws-sdk version is now 2.1. With this version the namespace changes,
it's not AWS anymore but Aws. So the scripts doesn't work with this version.
By installing aws-sdk-v1, we fix this issue.

Refactor the code to support logger

We need to refactor the code to support logger (distinguish between using ugly puts and logger).

puts is more or less okay for CLI, but if we want to use a tool as gem and invoke it elsewhere, we need to re-work an output with dedicated logger

Improve test coverage

Current test coverage is a bit more than 50% (and seem to be very basic), we need to improve it.
