[Request] Recurring notifications

A great feature would be to have recurring notifications. For example:
"Water the plants every day at 4pm" or "Buy some bread every monday at 12" or even (and this one might be harder to interpret) "Pay bills on the first day of every month at 6pm"

`in 30 seconds` pattern is not recognized

Такое уже бывало несколько раз, преимущественно с уведомлениями на малое время; закономерность лично мне обнаружить не удалось. В остальном, бот очень крутой, огромное спасибо! :)

[Bug] Notification adding on the wrong day

Currently when I add a notification, it adds it for tomorrow instead of today.

I currently have:
Language: en
Time zone: America/New_York

For example: it is 5/17/2016 9:00 PM (21:00)
I add: "Today at 23:00" or "Tonight at 23:00" or just "11 pm" and I get "The notification is added at 18.05.2016 23:00:00"
This is on the wrong day, 1 day too late.

But if I say "in 2 hours" I get "The notification is added at 17.05.2016 23:00:00"

Commands being incorrectly parsed

Hi. I fairly like this bot, but I've found a bit of trouble in using it. Oftentimes it fails to correctly process commands, setting them a day and an hour ahead of schedule. It works fine if you specify "in five minutes", but it fails when presented a "today at 11:00PM" command, which, when today is 3/12/16, will record an event for "14.03.2016 at 00:00:00". Similarly, "today at 7:30" returned "13.03.2016 at 20:30:00". However, "tomorrow at 12:00" will return the correct date, 13.03.2016, but not the correct time, which is still "13:00:00". This bot has a lot of potential, but needs this to be fixed before I can give it the recognition it deserves.

Keeps asking for actions in a group

When the bot is in a group, everytime a user opens the chat, it defaults to being a reply to the bot last sent message, regardless of who used it. So everyone needs to close the reply window, everytime. An option would be to have a command "Done" so it would stop asking what to do.
