ToggleTag occasionally fails to handle PlayerJoinEvent and might be crashing servers

I'm trying to debug a server crash right now and this is a constant theme in the output for my servers. I don't know if this is causing the crash, but I'm taking precautions for now.

toggletag_global does not work

if two servers are running with toggletag_global enabled and trying to hide their prefix on any server, then writing to the global file will not occur.
