ご迷惑をおかけします。
"Reading registries again"のステップの直後にOpenGL関係の初期化が入るのですが、そこで失敗しているかもしれません。
CTRLキーを押しながら起動するとOpenGLが無効になりますので、まずはこれをお試しいただけますでしょうか。
(再び有効にするためには、「オプション」=>「OpenGLを無効化」 のチェックを外す)
あるいは、レジストリに誤った値が入っている可能性もあります。レジストリ―エディタで、
\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Crystallography\ReciPro
を削除してから起動してみて下さい。
