The packages contain both generators and executors.
generator to bootstrap the library, executors do the builds/serve etc

Should we prefix the package name with 'generate' to indicate it is a generator?

@wanews/typescript-project-references — would it be easier this were split into two packages? For example:
convert-to-typescript-referencepublish-package

I think maybe from a consumer point of view that may be too granular. I just realised its @wanews/nx-typescript-project-references. Will leave this for now
