Rescue and Rehab action fields

Rescue and Rehab sectors should have an extra action field instead of the accountability field.

Have loss stop & fire control bench marks state "Par & Notify Alarm"

Update the PAR and PSI dialogs to show a UIPickerView "slot machine" style picker.

Benchmarks Primary/Secondary Search

Bench marks:
need to change primary search to primary all clear
Secondary search change to secondary all

Tx Log Formatter need better column width control

Columns are all uniform width. Needs to be different based on the tx type.

The rehab box doesn't need a psi box.

Double-size T-Bars

If a sector gets more units or actions than it has room for it should turn into a double-size (height) t-bar and the other t-bars should shift around to accommodate it.

Need PDF Reader View

Create a view with a button in the header to open it that generates the log PDF and displays it.

Add "All" cities button to units menu list.

Add a button to the cities list in the units menu that says "All" and unfilters al units by city.

The mode dialog buttons need the three colors.

Experiment: Minimal visible t-bars

Try only showing t-bars when they have titles assigned to them.

Add an address field, incident ID and logo to the normal ICT fire incident page. Also needs an address and incident ID entry popup.

The circle with the P needs bar scale 1 thru 10
