User Model and Controller
Your User.php and UserController.php files haven't been pushed, so the master branch is giving an error.
Photo authorization and camp relation
Configure the photo authorization so that users who are campers with a non-null camp_assignment (i.e. current camp) can upload photos.
In addition, associate each photo with the uploader's camp_assignment (probably photo belongsTo camp). That way when looking at old camps you can see the pictures taken there.
User Associations
